How long does it take for my order to appear?
Order and Transit Times
On Demand Items:
All On Demand items are made to order and cannot ship same day. Each item takes 2 to 6 days to create, followed by an average transit time of 8 to 15 days.
Handmade In-Stock Items:
Express shipping may be available on select handmade in-stock items. Contact us at angie@moonlitme.com to discuss this option before placing your order.
Jewelry by Sochia Designs:
Most items ship via USPS within 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Custom Items;
Custom orders may take several weeks to complete. We will do our best to establish an estimated completion date with you when your order is placed. Your item will ship as soon as it is finished and ready.
Multiple Shipments:
Many orders contain items that ship from different locations, so it is not uncommon to receive your order in more than one package. If your order arrives in parts, no need to worry. The rest is on its way.

How can I keep track of my order's transportation progress?
Once your order has passed through the QA Department and has been picked up by a Dragon for delivery, we will provide you with a tracking number (when available), so you can monitor the progress of your delivery without needing to consult your crystal ball. 🔮
What if my items arrive in less than magical condition?
Returns & Exchanges
All items are handmade and one of a kind or custom made, one at a time. Due to the nature of handcrafted and made-to-order work, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will make it right by sending a corrected replacement as quickly as possible, when possible. Please note that replacements are like-for-like only, as each item is made specifically for you. Truly one of a kind items cannot be replaced, but we will work with you to find the best resolution.
On Demand Apparel: Because every piece is made to order in your size, sizing issues cannot be accepted as a reason for return. Please refer to the size charts on each product page before ordering.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. We may update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Order & Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships, when one is available. Some shipping methods may not include immediate tracking information, only shipment confirmation. When tracking confirms delivery to the address provided, the order is considered delivered. Claims of non-receipt after confirmed delivery will not be accepted and must be handled through the shipping carrier's claims process.
3. Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and packaging. Upon confirmation, we will authorize the return and work toward a resolution.
4. Return Shipping
Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of authorization. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the item is packaged securely. Return postage is not reimbursable.
5. Non-Delivery Claims
If tracking confirms delivery, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds based on non-receipt claims. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrectly provided address.
6. Return Eligibility
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason other than confirmed damage or defect.
7. Product Descriptions & Variations
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen differences do not qualify as defects.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages or losses of any kind. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the following jurisdictions:
