How long does it take for my order to appear?

All of our items are made to order so they can't be shipped out the same day like big box companies. The approximate times from creation to delivery are as follows-

What happens if my order arrives in less than magical condition?

Please contact us immediately in the unfortunate (although highly unlikely) event your order arrives and has unfavorably transformed during the teleportation process or our elves missed something during the casting of the quality control spell.

(NOTE: Our elves are treated with the deepest respect and preform quality control services by their own accord and are appropriately compensated. No elves are harmed or treated poorly during the creation of your order.💜)

In most cases there will be no need to return your item. We will send a corrected item, as quickly as possible. (We are unable to replace the item with something different, only a corrected, like item.) Once we receive your request, we will send further instructions or explanation and work our magic to resolve the issue!

How can I keep track of my order's transportation progress?

Once your order has passed through the hands of the elves in our QA Department and has been loaded onto a Dragon, Griffin, Hippogriff or Pegasus for delivery, we will provide you with a tracking number when available, so you can monitor the progress of your delivery without needing to consult your crystal ball. 🔮
