How long does it take for my order to appear?

All of our items are made to order so they can't be shipped out the same day like big box companies. The approximate times from creation to delivery are as follows- 

Hooded Cloaks & Jackets: 6-8 days
Leggings: 8-16 days
Long Style Hoodies:  8-16 days
Satin Pajamas: 8-16 days
Weekender Totes:  4-7 days
Backpacks: 10-18 days
Accessory Pouches:  4-7 days

Many items will ship and arrive separately. Don't be alarmed if you receive a partial order.

What happens if my order arrives in less than magical condition?

Please contact us immediately in the unfortunate (although highly unlikely) event your order arrives and has unfavorably transformed during the transportation, process or our elves missed something during the casting of the quality control spell.

In most cases there will be no need to return your item. We will send a corrected item, as quickly as possible. (We are unable to replace the item with something different, only a corrected, like item, do to the custom nature of our magical system.) Once we receive your request, we will send further instructions or explanation and work our magic to resolve the issue! We may ask you to send a photograph to help better visualize the issue.

We are very sorry, but sizing issues cannot be accepted as a reason for return, at this time. Please be sure to utilize the size charts provided on the product pages of all apparel items to ensure the best magical fit. Care Instructions can be found there, as well!

How can I keep track of my order's transportation progress?

Once your order has passed through the hands of the elves in our QA Department and has been loaded onto a Dragon, Griffin, Hippogriff or Pegasus for delivery, we will provide you with a tracking number when available, so you can monitor the progress of your delivery without needing to consult your crystal ball. 🔮
