Refund & Return Policy

All of our items are custom made or made to order, therefore we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects that may have inadvertently occurred during the production process.

We will offer replacements of the same product in the event of a manufacturing defect that went undetected prior to shipment, or if damage occurs during shipment. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for unlike or different items, only a replacement for the same item that was originally ordered. 

Photo proof of damage and defects must be supplied by the customer via email when initiating the replacement request.

We  guarantee the quality of our products, so we will do our best to make the situation right should any shipping damage or defects occur.

Our policy is in effect for 30 days from delivery confirmation. After 30 days the order will be considered as accepted and will no longer be eligible for replacement and no replacements will be made.
